I have known Jeff Butler for over ten years and I tell everyone that he and his company are the real deal: honest workmen who do a job right, at a fair price, and stand behind their work. Over the years we have hired Mr. Butler to install roofs on our home, our office building, and several properties owned by our clients. His knowledge and experience are well known and respected in the business community. I recommend him without reservation.

I just got the last estimate [for my roofing project] yesterday and Commercial Roofing had the best bid by far. I have to call him to ask some questions, but I think I’ll go with them. Money wasn’t the only consideration, though. Commercial Roofing was the ONLY Company who gave me all the information I asked for and answered all of my questions. After teaching kids all day who can’t follow directions I appreciate someone who listens to me! Mr. Butler also returned phone calls and gave me the bid in a timely manner.

We have worked with Commercial Roofing Services for several years and could not be more satisfied with the service they provide. The products installed are premium quality and the installers are quality minded. The job sites are kept clean and there is minimal impact with ongoing business activities. They have re-roofed numerous properties for us including a shopping center, office buildings, banks, apartment buildings and entire complexes, as well as a couple of high rise buildings. In addition to total re-roof projects, Commercial Roofing Services also takes care of our leak repairs. They are quick to respond, reliable, cost efficient, and honest. We have realized energy cost savings and maintenance cost savings due to installing the Duro-Last system recommended by Commercial Roofing Services. When we contract to buy properties we have Jeff Butler, the president of Commercial Roofing Services, conduct an examination of the roof prior to the purchase. Commercial Roofing Services, Inc. is an asset to our company and we continue to be impressed by the willingness to meet our every need and get the job done in a timely, cost efficient manner. Their excellent reputation obviously matters to them, and it has been refreshing to work with a company that demonstrates this kind of integrity. For these reasons we will continue to use Commercial Roofing Services for all our roofing needs. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs as well.
